Clarity tasked Upfront with raising their profile within the industry to win new hospitality clients. Following a comprehensive immersion session involving a brand workshop and taking a deep dive into the agency’s expertise, we developed a content driven new business programme targeted at researched hotels, leading restaurants, and fast food eateries which would match the criteria they were looking for in terms of new clients.

We demonstrated Clarity’s expertise within the sector and knowledge of customer behaviours through regular content pieces including video and website case studies, insight led infographics and blog posts.

Upfront generated a pipeline of opportunities following regular introduction meetings with identified decision makers which converted into new business wins with Radisson Hotels and The Hotel Collection.
